The IBUS Company is an independent, international and entrepreneurial real estate investment firm. Since its inception, IBUS has generated a total volume of EUR 1.3 billion of real estate transactions. The IBUS client base consists of (multi) family offices, (independent) asset management firms, high net worth individuals, foundations and institutional investors like pension funds. Independence IBUS does not belong to any larger financial conglomerate. As a result, we are able to make decisions quickly. Expected future return drives every decision. IBUS secured its independence in 2006 through a management buyout.
International IBUS is active in real estate across the globe. Currently, we manage investments in Europe, the US and Asia. We have offices in Amstelveen (Netherlands), Washington DC (US) and Ho Chi MInh City (Vietnam). We also collaborate with local partners in several countries.
Entrepreneurial As a result of our long-standing real estate experience, we have extensive knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry. IBUS has been involved in virtually all sorts of investment processes. These vary from the acquisition of well-maintained retail or office properties with long lease contracts to investment in, redevelopment of and repositioning of residential property. Moreover, we have conducted a large number of development projects, both independently as well as with local development partners.
