IBUS offers its real estate investment services also to a single investor or a group of investors. The term and set-up of these investments is no different than the traditional IBUS funds, which are open to a wider group of investors. Depending on the real estate sector and strategy, the term is also typically 7 to 12 years. Client groups that typically choose for the club deal or separate account structure are institutional investors, single/multi family offices, (independent) asset management firms and other large private investors.
