IBUS structures and places real estate investment funds with investors. All funds are closed-end and have a predefined term, which varies from 7 to 12 years. The structuring differs per fund. Most funds are fully seeded at the moment they are placed, which implies that the assets have already been acquired before placement to investors. It is, however, also possible that IBUS has acquired none or only part of the investment at the moment the funds are placed and will start investing backed by capital commitments from investors (‘semi blind pool’ or ‘blind pool’). Our real estate funds are placed with high net worth investors, family offices, (independent) asset management firms as well as institutional investors.
