This Fund has invested in 13 high street retail properties in northern Germany in 2007. The properties are located on good and prime pitch locations in Schleswig-Holstein, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and lower Saxony. The quality of the assets and locations in combination with high stability of income ensures an attractive risk/return relationship.
