Duits Woningfonds IV BV

This Fund invests in six properties in the Goslar area (70% of the total) and in two assets in Oldenburg (30%). The investments consist of a residential and retail portfolio of 173 apartment units (8,744 sqm) and 12 retail units (2,010 sqm). The number of shares outstanding as of February 1st, 2012 is 150. The total value of the investments is EUR 10.633.369 per June 30st, 2011.

The prospectus of Duits Woningfonds IV has been approved by the authority for the Dutch financial markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten or AFM). Attached are both the prospectus as well as the letter of the AFM confirming the approvement.
