This Fund has invested in 1995 in two office buildings being Eleven Fortune Park (150,000 sq ft) and Pennwood I (35,500 sq ft) in a suburb of Indianapolis, Indiana. By mid 1996, a third property (the Penwood II building of 35,500 sq ft) was added to the Fund. After lease-up of the vacant space in Pennwood I and extension of existing lease contracts in Pennwood II at higher rents, both of these buildings were sold in 1998. Since then, Eleven Fortune Park is the only remaining asset in the Fund. The property was reburbished after departure of a major tenant.
