In the period 1999 - 2002, this Fund has invested in ten rental apartment buildings (723 rental units) in Washington DC and a development project in Rosslyn, Virginia, a suburb of Washington DC. Four apartment buildings plus the development project have been sold in the period 2004 - 2008. The Fund has six remaining assets, totalling 512 rental apartments.
