26 May 2010 Two new members of the Supervisory Board appointed

The IBUS Company announces that Gijs Verweij and Jaap Fieret have been appointed as members of its Supervisory Board (‘SB’).
 
Mr. Verweij has been member of the management board of Wereldhave since 1988, where he served as CEO from 1994. He retired from the board in 2009. His extensive knowledge of international real estate markets and his network in this field fit perfectly to the international real estate activities of IBUS in Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands, the United States and Vietnam.
 
Mr. Fieret has been working for a single family office since 2002. In the past, Mr. Fieret worked for ABN Amro Asset Management and NIB Capital. He has extensive knowledge of single and multi family offices, an important client segment for IBUS.
 
Kees Scholtes, former board member of ING Bank Netherlands, is and will remain chairman of the SB of IBUS. He has been part of the SB since 2003, serving as chairman since 2006.
