8 Februari 2010 The IBUS Company sells apartments in Washington, DC

At the end of January 2010, IBUS has sold apartment building 2801 15th Street in Washington, DC. The building has a net surface of about 45,000 sq ft and consists of 63 rental apartments. The buyer, a local professional party, has paid USD 4.6 million. The building was purchased in July 2002 for an amount of USD 1.6 million.
 
The complex was part of a portfolio with 750 rental apartments in several apartment buildings in Washington, DC. To date 300 apartments have been sold. The remaining 450 apartments are located in five different apartment buildings in Washington, DC. IBUS is pleased with the result of the sale.
